Need to call a timeout? If at any point you feel that you are spending too much time or money on SportsHub, you can place limitations on your account. You may establish limitations on your account by logging in and accessing the Self-Exclusion option in your Account Settings.
SportsHub also provides tools that help you manage your play responsibly, including setting alerts or limitations on the number of contests you can play or the amount you can deposit. Options include daily, weekly, or monthly limitations. Manage or establish limits on your own account.

In accordance with legal requirements, SportsHub limits monthly deposits in certain states unless a request for an exception has been approved. Residents of Massachusetts and Maryland may not deposit more than $1,000 in any calendar month. Residents and users physically located in Tennessee may not deposit more than $2,500 in any calendar month.
To be granted an increase to your monthly deposit limit (in applicable states), you must first submit a request to the SportsHub Customer Support team. You will be asked to provide information and supporting documentation that allows SportsHub to evaluate your financial health (including income and asset information). All requests are reviewed on an individual basis, and increases are subject to state requirements and SportsHub’s discretion.

In order to determine whether you have the legal right to impose limits on another person’s play, you will be required to provide proof of the following: 1) You are jointly obligated on the credit or debit card associated with the SportsHub user’s account; 2) the SportsHub user is one of your legal dependents; 3) there is a court order requiring the SportsHub user to pay unmet child support obligations, and 4) any additional proof or documentation indicating there is a legally binding relationship between yourself and the SportsHub user you are requesting to enforce limitations upon.
