Responsible Play

SportsHub was founded with the idea of providing a safe and secure environment for fantasy sports players to participate in the games they love. We have an unwavering commitment to provide a fun, fair, and protective experience to all of our users. We also recognize that there are circumstances where some players may need some assistance to ensure they are participating in a responsible and safe manner. Please utilize the information and tools below to ensure you have all the support you need to maintain a responsible, safe, and enjoyable fantasy sports gaming experience.

Need to call a timeout? If at any point you feel that you are spending too much time or money on SportsHub, you can place limitations on your account. You may establish limitations on your account by logging in and accessing the Self-Exclusion option in your Account Settings.

In the event that you opt to utilize Self-Exclusion to prevent further play on our websites or are excluded by SportsHub for any reason, any entry fees from paid fantasy contests entered before the exclusion event that have not yet concluded will be returned, and you are not eligible to win prizes from such contests.

SportsHub also provides tools that help you manage your play responsibly, including setting alerts or limitations on the number of contests you can play or the amount you can deposit. Options include daily, weekly, or monthly limitations. Manage or establish limits on your own account.

Need More Help?

Deposit Limits

In accordance with legal requirements, SportsHub limits monthly deposits in certain states unless a request for an exception has been approved. Residents of Massachusetts and Maryland may not deposit more than $1,000 in any calendar month. Residents and users physically located in Tennessee may not deposit more than $2,500 in any calendar month.

To be granted an increase to your monthly deposit limit (in applicable states), you must first submit a request to the SportsHub Customer Support team. You will be asked to provide information and supporting documentation that allows SportsHub to evaluate your financial health (including income and asset information). All requests are reviewed on an individual basis, and increases are subject to state requirements and SportsHub’s discretion.
